Moving to Pflugerville TX

Are you thinking of moving to Pflugerville? It's named one of the best cities to live in Texas. You will love the charm of the city and the small-town feel near downtown Austin. This city offers a strong economy, everyday conveniences, proximity to downtown, and attractive housing. It's also great for small business owners because it loves small businesses.
Let me take you on a tour in Pflugerville, stuck between a rock and a weird place.

Pflugerville is located 18 miles from downtown Austin. It's east of IH-35 and south of both Hutto and Round Rock. Because of the proximity, you will enjoy clean and beautiful weather.

There is a beautiful park named Northeast Metropolitan Park. The cool thing about the park is, it has a BMX track. You can play cricket, basketball, and other sports. It has a volleyball court, splash pad, and many other interesting things.

What Makes This City Attractive?

It has a small-town feel mixed with proximity to amenities and everyday necessities. Some of the things you will find in downtown Pflugerville are locally owned shops like West Pecan Coffee + Beer Shop, boutiques, and restaurants.
Pflugerville has a Costco where you can fulfill your bulk buying needs and a Target, which is located in the Stonehill Town Center.
If you want to go on a movie date night, Stonehill Town Center boasts a theatre surrounded by delicious restaurants.

Do you want to cool off from Texas heat? Check out Typhoon Texas. It will give you outdoor water fun. It has water slides, lazy rivers, and even a place for little kids to have fun.
You can make the outdoors more fun by taking a trip to lake Pflugerville where you can enjoy fishing, windsurfing, kayaking, etc.
In the city, you will find a playground for the kids and walking trails.

Cost of Living

Pflugerville is much more affordable than Austin, even though the city has seen a lot of growth.

Where to Live in Pflugerville?

Now let's find out where you can live in Pflugerville. There is something for everyone, from master plan communities to condos and townhomes. One of these communities is Black Hawk.
Pflugerville's original master-planned community features a golf course designed by Charles Howard and US Open Champion Hollis Stacy. This course measures almost 7,200 yards.
There are parks, volleyball courts, swimming pools, and a resort-style amenity center. Another community to check out is Sorrento. It's a master plan community, but what makes this community unique is that it's across the street from lake Pflugerville. It also has a clubhouse, swimming pool, and lots of walking trails.
Another community worth mentioning is Falcon Point, which has an 18-hole disc golf course, zipline park, and dog park. It also includes a six-acre residence club, multiple pools, tennis courts, and an area to play basketball and sand volleyball. If that's not enough, you can also enjoy five miles of walking and biking trails. This neighborhood is right off of 130, giving you quick access to numerous shopping and entertainment options.
Falcon Point has been named master plan community of the year and the best overall community having 11 annual events to attend. It has a socially rich environment for everyone to enjoy and is within walking distance to several highly regarded on-site schools.
